Note for the ArborSoft team: this is a working baseline covering what this marketing site actually does. Have counsel review it before launch, particularly if you add analytics, advertising pixels, or any handling of protected health information through the site.

Information we collect

This website collects information only when you choose to send it. If you submit the demo request form on our contact page, we receive the name, organization, email address, phone number, program type, consumer count, and message you provide.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL, for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your demo request or question;
• schedule and prepare a product walkthrough relevant to your program;
• follow up about ArborSoft where you have agreed we may contact you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Form processing

Form submissions are relayed to sales@arbor-soft.com through a third-party form-delivery service. That provider processes the submission solely to deliver it to us. No account is created for you, and no credentials or payment details are collected by this site.

Retention

We keep demo request correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the enquiry, and then for a reasonable period consistent with our business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent through this site, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Email sales@arbor-soft.com and we will act on the request.

Product data is separate

This policy covers this website only. Information handled inside the ArborSoft platform on behalf of a customer organization is governed by the agreement between ArborSoft and that organization, not by this policy.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable safeguards to the information we receive, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
